PROVIDER solution

The provider solution (for Bendigo, Alfred, Austin, St Vincents and Royal Children's Hospitals) will consist of a ViTCCU Workstation, with two monitors (one for video conferencing, one for Cerner Millenium application), a keyboard, mouse and printer.

The specialist will login to the ViTCCU workstation and Cerner application, select the hospital of interest, select and review the patient and initiate the video conference with the regional site.

The specialist will provide advice and support to the local physician in order to diagnose, stablise and treat the patient, or if required, transfer the patient to Bendigo or a metropolitan hospital via Adult Retrieval Services.
