The infrastructure to be installed at the hospital site will be purchased by the project and then transferred to the appropriate hospital from the date of installation.
The core infrastructure located in the Telstra Exchange will be owned by LMHA for the period of the pilot and then a decision will be made for its ongoing availability (after March 2010).
