Is there money in the project budget to enable backfill of staff involved in project design or implementation?
YYes, $50K for metro hospitals and $35K for regional hospitals during the implementation stage. To access the funds, submit an invoice for "project backfill of staff" to LMHA Network Ltd (ABN 62 108 795 642) of 136 Queen St Bendigo Victoria 2550 for the attention of the ViTCCU Project Director.  Refer attached invoice process.

Also each hospital has committed $100,000 (metros) and $75,000 (regional) in in-kind contributions to the project for year 1 and 2 of the project.
