What changes have been approved so far for this project?

Approved changes:

  • Increase from 1 cart per regional site to 2 carts (service enhancement)
  • Addition of High Dependency units at Swan Hill and Echuca in solution.  Addition of ICU at Mildura in solution (service enhancement) 
  • Install of wireless LAN in regional sites to enable wireless carts and tablets (service enhancement)
  • Addition of Bendigo CCU within scope of support providers for the project (service enhancement)
  • Inclusion of an additional workstation, printer and scanner for Swan Hill and Echuca sites due to the distance between the ED and HD units (service enhancement, cost increase per site)
  • Alteration of monitor specification for 24" diagnostic monitors to reflect their operational environment (reduced cost per provider site)
  • Inclusion of a new network link between LMHA LAN and ViTCCU to enable LMHA to maintain the environment (cost, capability increase)
Changes under review:
  • Inclusion of ARV in technical solution (cost & capability increase)
