ViTCCU-Process

Development of ViTCCU participating agreements, processes and guidelines

Establishment of VITCCU system with required facilities in each hospital including:
- Access to ViTCCU network, with wireless access in regional sites
- Installation of video conferencing and application infrastructure at a central location
- Access to the ViTCCU network for all participating agencies, with wireless access in regional sites
- Carts, tablets, workstations, printers and scanners in regional sites
- Workstations and printers in advising sites
- Access to a customised application to support the ViTCCU process.

Acceptance and performance testing of the technology

Training of clinical staff in the new processes and technology, training of IT staff in the new technology
